Memory 4 (Game 154)
Neutral-Trivial: Kyaa Aqualad!! Also people who need air are useless underwater who knew.
What It Was: 1x08, Deep Six
A cadre of Mysterious Villains stole some toxic waste in the middle of a storm, so the Titans were called in to investigate the mystery. They set off in their personal submarine to investigate the scene of the crime, as the tanker was sunk during the attack. While investigating, the sub is attacked by some guy with a magical trident who can apparently be in multiple places at once. Their submarine is badly damaged and they go flying into a chasm, only to be saved in the nick of time by Aqualad, who summons some whales to catch the falling sub. The whales take damaged submarine to his secret hideout, which is fortunately located in an underwater cave that nonetheless contains a pocket of fresh air.
Starfire and Raven immediately crush on Aqualad, but alas Aqualad and Beast Boy are forced to go off and investigate the Mystery of the Toxic Waste because everyone else needs air to breathe and they are therefore useless (presumably Raven and Starfire spend a good chunk of that time going oooh Aqualad oooh). So they all hang out in Aqualad's cave while his assistant Tramp helps repair the sub, showing up again near the end to collapse a cave on Aqualad and Beast Boy's pursuers. Aqualad goes back to the Titans Tower with them and is given a communicator, becoming an honorary Titan.
What She Learned:
- Yes we also have a submarine!
- Useless knowledge of how to work her part of the T-Sub \:D/
- In retrospect the crush is kind of embarrassing but gosh Aqualad is so handsome *___*
